Quick FAQs

How do your paver patios resist cracking during Maine frost cycles?

1

We excavate 10–12+ inches deep, install heavy-duty woven geotextile fabric, and compact layers of crushed stone aggregate to guarantee proper drainage and eliminate ground heave.

Do you handle utility mark-outs before digging for a hardscape project?

2

Yes. We manage Dig Safe notification and local mark-outs prior to any excavation on your property.

Can you build hardscapes on sloped or uneven yards?

3

Yes. We specialize in tiered retaining walls, custom grading, and integrated stone steps to turn steep or unusable slopes into flat, functional outdoor space.

Do hardscapes require ongoing maintenance or sealing?

4

While concrete pavers are very low maintenance, we recommend joint sand re-stabilization and protective sealing every 3–5 years to preserve color and block weed growth.
